What is a chiropractic adjustment?

A chiropractic adjustment is a precise, controlled maneuver performed by a chiropractor to restore proper spinal alignment and function. It involves applying a force to the spine to release restrictions and improve joint movement. ​​

What are the benefits of chiropractic care?

Chiropractic can help with a variety of conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, and pain from joint problems. It can also help improve overall health and well-being by optimizing nerve function and allowing the body to heal naturally.
